19-03-03, 08 Sunday through Friday, Stuart
Saturday, we left Peck Lake, continued north,
then turned left to get into the St. Lucie River. We continued west, to the quaint boating town of Stuart, FL.
We reserved a mooring ball there, as we wanted to explore the area. Stuart is renowned for the boating, marinas, and historic downtown.

Back Story: On our trip down/back from the Keys, I realized that, though I'm "living the dream", I'm actually living Rick's dream. This boating lifestyle just isn't good for me.
So, we planned on staying in the area, checking out this as a possible compromise-spot, a place where we could RVBO for 2 months; where Rick could still play with (smaller) boats. As Stuart is only a 3 hour drive from the Gulf Coast, meeting up with friends that vacation there would be a greater possibility. Also, having friends & family visit would be a guarantee! Being isolated (though we meet people along the way, but only for a day or two) is one of my main reasons for not enjoying this lifestyle.
