We left North Palm Beach and continued up the through the IntraCoastal Waterway (ICW). The gorgeous houses (mansions) and large bascule bridges still continued to amaze me!
We traveled north, up for several hours, till we anchored out in Peck Lake, not far from the St. Lucie River inlet. Once anchored, we dropped in the dinghy, and rode out to the sandbar-island to walk the 1/4 mile to the Atlantic Ocean. --- for some reason, neither one of us took any pictures ....?
The next morning, our "neighbors", 3 young people, brought out a "Lift Foil" >>. a battery-operated SUP, that can get up on a hydrofoil. Too much fun! (And too much money$$$). Rick kept hoping that they would offer him a ride, but I guess we are just too old!
